Three To Try

Hello lovely reader. This week I have restocked on some of my tried and true beauty products and a cheeky newbie! There are so many makeup setting sprays to choose from and I’ve tried a fair few but I will always go back to my trusty Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray. This does what it says on the tin! It makes your makeup look freshly applied all day. It won’t budge, I’ve been caught in rain, snow, sweat, heat, face masks and my makeup always looks perfect.

Next up the OG Beauty Blender, the one that paved the way for them all. I have gone through countless dupes and they end up falling apart after only a few washes. This although expensive is far superior to any beauty sponge I have tried in the past. It’s application with foundation is outstanding and it also works for cream blush. The effect is seamless and beautifully blended makeup. Don’t be fooled by the size, once saturated with water it doubles in size.

Ok, now on to the new purchase which is the much coveted Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. I have been after for ages and couldn’t find a reputable stockist until now, thanks to Cult Beauty. Hailing from Korea, this water based formula works hard overnight to gently slough away dead skin cells from your lips leaving you with soft, supple, plump lips in the morning. I’ve used this for three nights now and it is incredible! It comes with a mini spatuala which is brilliant and spreads the product on really well. It feels nourishing and soothing and is available in five different scents, I chose the original berry mix. This has knocked my Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream off the top spot. I’m interested to try more from this range.

Have you tried any of these? What are some of your go-to’s for beauty?

I love the UD setting spray, it’s such an amazing one. I’ve not tried that lip mask, but it sounds amazing; definitely need to add it to the wishlist xx
