During the Winter months, it can be hard to keep skin looking plump and glowy add to that central heating that plays havoc with our complexion. There is nothing a few makeup products can’t fix. When my skin is in need of a real boost I always reach for Gerda Spillmann Bio-Fond. This incredible foundation not only heals and protects skin but it gives flawless full coverage that looks and feels just like a second skin. This is a cream to powder mineral foundation that has been loved by celebrity makeup artists for over 40 years! It’s Hollywoods best-kept secret! It so hard to get hold of though I have to order it from the States which costs a fortune! I like to set this with my Glo Minerals Pressed Base. This creates a super smooth and dewy finish. I kept the rest of my makeup quite natural with a peachy blush, bronzer, and subtle highlight. For lips, I used my favourite matte liquid lip NYX in the shade Athens. I don’t know what it is about this particular shade but it makes my lips look so much bigger than they are naturally without the need of heavy lipliner. Keep skin extra glowy but spritzing on a hydrating toner throughout the day this also helps to keep makeup looking fresh. Adapting your makeup to what your skin craves doesn’t have to mean a whole beauty overhaul just adding a few changes to your routine can make a big difference. This could be switching your mattifying primer to a hydrating one or using tinted moisturiser instead of a full coverage foundation. The possibilities are endless, have fun and play with your makeup!
