BLACK & WHITE | COUNTRYSIDE WALKING
I love a good Winter walk and nothing beats the Surrey countryside for me. Fresh air and nature help to clear my thoughts and give me some clarity. Today I thought I would blend in with the locals wearing black and white. I think it worked as they didn’t take any notice of me at all. Cows are curious creatures so I’m told. I’m wearing one of my favourite sweatshirts from Puma, it’s so warm and comfortable paired with black leggings and these incredibly old boots. I bought these for a bargain from Target probably about ten years ago now! They are still so snug and comfy even though I’ve worn the hell out of them. Walking is a great form of exercise especially for those who can’t stand the gym or are just starting out with exercise which can be daunting if you’re not used to it. A brisk 20-minute walk a day can boost immunity, build up stamina and generally help you to keep fit.
