Beauty Therapy | Can Makeup Make You Feel Better?
Feeling good about ourselves can sometimes be a real challenge. Makeup to me is not just superficial want but a beneficial need. When I look good I feel good and makeup plays a big role in looking good. Just a few steps can alter your mood, be it applying a pop of blush on the apples of your cheeks or your favourite lipstick to brighten your complexion. For those who are not in the makeup know it can be daunting choosing what’s right for you. There is a fountain of information on the web through blogs, youtube videos and review sites. You don’t have to be a makeup artist to able to apply makeup! It’s all about what you feel comfortable with. You can take a trend and adapt it to suit you. For Foundation I’m wearing Urban Decay Naked Skin in the shade 3.0. This gives the most flawless, no fuss, natural looking complexion of your life! You can build it up for more coverage or add a powder foundation over top. I’m really into my glow so for cheeks I piled on Milani Luminoso baked blush. I don’t tend to wear eyeshadow during the day,just mascara. For lips, lots of lip balm! So if you are feeling blue today have rummage through your makeup or better still go out and treat yourself to some new goodies!
