Gym Face | Make-Up For Workouts

Shaz Saed -- Blonde Tea Party -- -- beauty and makeup tips --  Do you wear make-up to the gym? I only ask because I have started going to the gym regularly in an effort to get fit. I have noticed quite a lot  women have makeup on and I was going completely bare faced! I’ve observed that most of these ladies catch up with each other over lattes in the lounge. ( ooh fancy! ) If I have things to do that day I will put on some makeup as I feel a bit undone without it. This look is fuss free, looks completely natural and has the added bonus of lots of sun protection. This won’t clog your pores or sweat off. This is guilt free makeup that’s good for your skin. I have once again turned to my trusty bareminerals matte foundation, this won’t give you the dreaded mineral itch when you get hot and sweaty!

First I cleanse,tone,serum,moisturise. I then apply the bareminerals Prime Time BB SPF 30 primer, this smoothes skin texture, evens out skin tone with a slight tint and makes anything you apply next go on like silk. I apply a small amount of Rachel K CC Renew in medium and set with bareminerals matte in fairly light. I add some Estee Lauder full coverage concealer onto my pigmentation spots for extra coverage and sun protection and set with bareminerals well rested concealer. I apply Stroke of Light under my eyes, as this is so easy to blend and really brightens up tired eyes. I like to add some warmth and colour into my skin using Soleil Tan De Chanel which glides on effortlessly, Its the most natural looking bronzer I have ever used. Lastly, I curl my lashes, slick on some lip balm and I’m ready to go!
