The Foundation & Serum Combo I’m Obsessed With

Ever since watching the glorious gossmakeupartist’s best foundation tip you’ll ever learn video ( link here), I’ve been hooked on this combo. Wayne suggests adding a drop of face oil into one pump of foundation, mix on the back of your hand or pallet and apply. The result is super smooth, dewy skin that doesn’t look caked on. Clean, natural beauty. I don’t have any oils so I thought why not use my Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum instead. Let me tell you, the result was amazing! This works particularly well with thicker foundations or creams. It doesn’t sheer them out so you won’t lose any coverage, it just makes for a smoother application, creating a skin-like finish. I apply mine with a beauty blender.
