Urban Decay | Naked Ultimate Basics

BlondeTeaParty

Naked Ultimate Basics is the latest eyeshadow offering from Urban Decay. A beautiful palette of twelve matte shadows that will take you through the Autumn and Winter season perfectly. I was always tempted by the mini basic palettes but found the shades to be too dull and a bit boring. This, however, has some delectable shades that just scream Autumn and pumpkin spice lattes! These are the kind of shades I can work with and I feel there is a bit more variety in this collection. I will say though that the second three shades at the top are not very pigmented so seem pointless to me but the darker shades are gorgeous, creamy and everything you expect from an Urban Decay shadow. They make excellent transition shades. If you are not used to using all matte shadows you might find this a bit of an adjustment and something a bit different to your usual makeup looks. I will always love my shimmer shades the best but it’s fun to switch things up once in a while.
