The beauty industry is rife with new product launches and although I’m a ‘beauty blogger’ I’m not easily enticed. I am however loyal to my favourite brands. Elemis is by far a firm favourite so when they recently came introduced their Superfood range I had to jump on it. Inspired by nutrient-rich Superfood ingredients this plant-based skincare system will leave skin feeling fresh and nourished. I think this is an excellent way to transition your skincare regime into Spring when skin requires less dense, heavy products. I love this after I’ve been to the gym as it makes my skin feel fresh and clean and not oversaturated with pore-clogging creams. This range smells invigorating and lightly herbal with Wheatgrass, Kale, and Nettle, a real pick me up in the mornings and one that men would enjoy using too.
Elemis Superfood Facial Wash is a prebiotic gel cleanser that nourishes and revitalises skin giving you that outdoor glow. Avocado, Broccoli and Pumpkin Seed oils help keep your complexion luminous. I have oily skin and I love this as it helps to balance out my skin without overdrying it.
Elemis Superfood Day Cream is a lightweight antioxidant-rich moisturiser that replenishes and hydrates skin. Ginger, Matcha Tea and Goji Berry help to protect skin against environmental damage. Skin feels smooth and revitalised. It’s perfect under makeup.
Elemis Superfood Facial Oil is already an award winner packed with Anti-oxidant and Omega-rich Broccoli, Flax Seed and Radish help to plump and smooth skin. Its non-greasy formula absorbs easily into skin leaving it with a super healthy glow. Great for post Winter skin that’s lackluster and dull and in need of a boost!
Whatever your skin concerns Elemis will have a product range to suit you. Our skin changes throughout the seasons so it’s vital to adapt your skincare to what your skin needs. You wouldn’t wear your Winter coat in the Summer, you would switch to a lighter jacket and it’s the same with your cosmetics.
Have you tried any of the Elemis products? If so what is your favourite? Mine is the Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm.
